The menu is partly inspired by Limor’s father who, during her childhood in Tel Aviv, was a passionate cook and exposed her to the myriad flavours of the region. Delamina’s recipes are both healthy and packed with flavour, with an emphasis on grilling and roasting, the generous use of herbs and spices and the celebration of high-quality raw ingredients, particularly vegetables.
