The award winning restaurant group’s ethos is centred on sourcing and preparing the freshest, highest quality seafood.
Each restaurant has its own fishmonger, where customers can select fish or crustacean, either to take away and cook with, or to have cooked there and then to their liking. Fishworks also raises money for the Fishermen’s Mission charity by donating £1 to The Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen every time a particular dish on the menu is served.
