Beginning her career in her native city of Nairobi, Shiro Muchiri founded SoShiro to provide a space where contemporary designers and artists can share their local, traditional stories.
SoShiro is a collaborative platform, consultancy, event space and shop that nurtures, celebrates and communicates their artistic and cultural diversity. It’s their mission to bring the richness of the world’s art, design and craft in a way that is exciting, relevant and mutually beneficial to all.
