International Women's Day: Activity in the Village

Fischer's

Head to Fischer's to celebrate International Women's Day, where female chef Sajina Shrestha has crafted a special menu, available from the 3rd-9th March. The best bit? for every cocktail and dish sold from this menu, £1 will be donated to Women for Women International, a charity that invests in female survivors of war and conflict, connecting them with each other, support and resources.

Gerard Darel

Join Gerard Darel at their Marylebone boutique for the exclusive launch of their SS25 Collection on Saturday, 8th March, from 10am-12pm. The collection, inspired by the elegance of Saint-Tropez, blends timeless chic with casual sophistication. Highlighted by the reinvented 24H Chiara bag, this season’s must-have accessory, the campaign is brought to life by supermodel, Camille Rowe.

JOSEPH

In support of International Women’s Day, The Portrait Series returns for its fourth edition, celebrating the women that inspire us. This year, JOSEPH invites you to capture the spirit of sisterhood and friendship through portraits of their customers with special women in their lives taken by renowned fashion photographer, Cathy Kasterine.

The Portrait Series supports JOSEPH’s partner charities, Smart Works and I Choose Freedom which both provide vital services and opportunities for women seeking equality in the workplace or home.

 

Kastur Jewels

In 2024, Honey J Walker’s exhibition Are You Next To An Angel? raised £70,000 for the charity, The Marylebone Project, featuring photos of staff and donors wearing angel wings in London and Brighton. Kastur Jewels continues to support this cause by selling the Become Mortal print, featuring owner Rajvi Vora,with proceeds benefiting The Marylebone Project all year-round. The Marylebone Project is a charity dedicated to supporting homeless women and those in crisis, offering essential resources and a safe space to rebuild their lives and is the Marylebone Village charity partner for International Women’s Day 2025.

 

Mejuri

This International Women’s Day, Mejuri are capturing real takes from women who inspire them through Portraits—a special series that celebrates the moments—big and small— that shape everyday lives. The series features inspiring women and friends of the brand: Molly Baz, Chloe Wise, Isolde Brielmaier, Laila Gohar, and our founder, Noura Sakkijha. Celebrating women has been core to Mejuri’s ethos for ten years. They’ve always made jewellery for real life and been proud to be a brand that gives women the space to show up honestly. In the words of their co-founder and CEO, their inspiration “comes from the people around us, from real women leading real lives.”

On Saturday 8 March, in celebration of their latest campaign, Mejuri are inviting you to celebrate International Women's Day with exciting activations in store, complimentary refreshments and goodies from their Marylebone Village neighbour, Fresh.

 

Lina Stores

In honour of International Women's Day, Lina Stores have partnered with Women for Women International whose goal is to raise awareness and funds to support women survivors of war who are rebuilding their lives and families and bringing change to their communities. For each slice of Mimosa Cake sold, Lina Stores will be donating £1 towards Women for Women International, who support women survivors of war and conflict. They have also added an optional £1 bill donation at all their restaurants through the whole month of March.
